Out of respect for myself and other clients, I ask that you review the following policies before booking an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be required to pay a $20.00 fee before re-booking. If you are more than 15 min late, this is considered a no show and you will have to reschedule and the fee will apply.

I recommend leaving your children at home, unless they are having their hair done. This will insure the highest quality of work and time management. 

If you are sick, you must reschedule your appointment, (the fee will be waived).

Please be aware that I have 2 small dogs (who are very friendly and hypoallergenic).  I will accommodate if you do not care for them. Just let me know ahead of time and I will put them in their kennels for the duration of your appointment. Also, my family is allergic to animal fur so please leave pets at home.

Cash or Venmo are accepted. payment is do at time of service. no checks will be accepted.

I reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.
